Copying your seed phrase and storing it on the clipboard
Even though some wallets prompt you to do so
In your notes app
A screenshot on mobile/desktop
Malware can detect your seed phrase through a technique like Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Cloud backups like iCloud or Google Drive
Your iOS/Google account could get hacked which exposes your seed phrase
Password managers (They can get compromised too e.g. LastPass hack)
