The ultimate method to Sybil-proof your wallet:
Be active on the Ethereum mainnet.
Sybil farms are already expensive, and they can’t afford to push transactions on the mainnet due to expensive gas fees.
Even a simple send transaction can cost a few dollars (depending on the current Ethereum gwei).
So having a strong onchain footprint on Ethereum boosts the credibility of your wallet. And projects are more likely to distribute their tokens to you.
Especially if these projects are Ethereum-aligned, they would take your activity on Ethereum into account.
Here are some airdrops that used your Ethereum transactions as an airdrop criterion:
They only awarded their airdrops to Ethereum L2 users if they executed certain transactions before Jan 1, 2023:
(My Ethereum wallet did not qualify because I only transacted on the Ethereum network in March 2023).
This was used as a multiplier for the ZK airdrop:
“In the first 1,000 addresses to interact with qualifying Ethereum smart contracts at least two times. A qualifying contract is one with at least 100 ETH in transaction fees spent on it.”
